minutes after flight arrival, i.e. after all passengers have left the
flight arrival area

Arrivals outside of normal scheduled
times, or following earlier ones by a few minutes, may require

"Custom Delivery"
to Lugano and surroundings may be
limited to localities near the city, depending on time constraints
imposed by subsequent runs. |

For "Custom Pick-Up" you should reserve by
6
PM the day before for the first two morning runs and at least 60 minutes
ahead of time for the other runs.

Note that we arrive in Agno at least 20
minutes before the flights. This timing is approved by Crossair and
applies even to passengers who have luggage. |

In the event of traffic jams a special
telephone number allows us to request that check-in times be
shortened, if need be even down to just a few minutes before
take-off. |
